The cartoon avatar is a simple way to express your personality, especially if you enjoy cartoons. You can also choose a cartoon that you are interested in and then create an avatar for yourself.
My favorite character is SpongeBob SquarePants.
I love his innocence and silly personality.
In this section, you will create an avatar with a cartoon character.
What made you say that I should be a cat?
When I first learned that I would be participating in this activity, I was hesitant because it sounded like it would be a difficult task. As soon as I saw the name of the activity and realized that my avatar would turn out to be a cat, however, my concerns started to fade away!
“The Simpsons” is a fictional American animated sitcom created by Matt Groening for the Fox Broadcasting Company. It is a satirical parody of American culture, society, and family life set in Springfield, USA.
This is where I decided to create my own avatar. It’s not meant to be too detailed or realistic but rather expressive so that others can really get my character and understand how I envision it.
In a world where Disney movies and Pixar movies have taken over the hearts of many, the cartoon still has a special place in our hearts. Did you know that all it takes to create an avatar of your favorite cartoon is just 15 minutes?
This is probably the easiest task, but it will also be one of the most memorable.
In the last decade, cartoons have become the cornerstone of comedy. The first use of a cartoon was in the 1800’s and since then, animation has been used to entertain people and teach them about things they didn’t know about.
In this activity, students are asked to create an avatar that reflects their favorite cartoon. The students will be listed below with their avatar name and what cartoon they chose:
Arielle – Herbie from Lilo & Stitch
Mckenzie – Tom from Tom & Jerry
Kiara – Boo from Monsters Inc.
Olivia- Spongebob Squarepants
You can have your own avatar based on your favorite cartoon character.
What cartoons or movies do you like?
It is hard to pick one single cartoon, but let’s take Futurama for example.
Futurama is an American animated sitcom created by Matt Groening. It follows the adventures of a man named Philip J. Fry and his friends who are the employees of the Planet Express delivery company, as they travel through time and space while making deliveries on their spaceship, the Planet Express spaceship.
Fry constantly struggles with while trying to balance work with his personal life and find true love with a woman he met in New Jersey called Leela.
The show ran on Fox from 1999 to 2003 as well as being picked up by Comedy Central for reruns in 2007 before returning to Fox briefly in 2009, where it aired until 2013 before ending its run once again on Comedy Central.
Let’s create an avatar for our favorite cartoon.
The anthropomorphic character, the Adventure Time character Finn, is one of the most popular characters in The Land of Ooo. His heritage is yet to be revealed in the show but he has been shown wearing a green shirt and black boots since the show started. Let’s use these as his clothing and create his physical appearance by adding some brown hair color that matches Finn’s hair.
In the past, cartoonists used to draw every aspect of their characters. However with the advancement of technology, there are many ways to create an avatar that can be put into a cartoon.
The way that you choose your avatar should depend on the story you want to tell. If you want to create a happy story with your chosen character then pick a positive vibe and avoid dark colors such as black and navy blue. Conversely if you want a more sad story then use colors such as blue and purple.
There are various ways of creating an avatar from scratch or taking an existing image and editing it into something else like adding clothes or changing hair color.
